Your mind has to be stronger than your feelings

Your mind has to be stronger than your feelings ,

Your feelings keep you in bed ,

while your mind tells you to get up.

If your mind is not stronger than your feelings , you are bound to lose yourself each and every single time.

Here goes an example:-

Imagine yourself waiting in an line for a well desired coffee for the past 2hrs , and after that patience testing time period you finally receive the well deserved coffee and suddenly a person clashes to you and that cup of un tasted coffee spills all over. now if a person’s mind is not stronger than his feelings , he is bound to shatter all those stress from that patience testing time period and also from this incident on that person . one of the common and an immediate response . now if a person has trained his mind to be stronger than his emotions and is currently in the beginning stage is bound to calmly have talk about the incident with the person and with that calmness which is gonna coerce the person too apologize or pay for an another coffee. and now comes the one who has been practicing this for several years in training his mind to be stronger than his feelings is bound to take deep breath , have a step back and would take a rough 2–5secs to digest the incident and would leave the confined space while giving a smilie to that person.

This is the timeline of a normal person to an beginner to an extreme category .

each every person at the beginning is in the 1st stage and slowly develops them selves into the 2nd stage and then quits because after the second stage the progress becomes much more stagnant for about 10–18months and after that is when you start seeing that well growing change in mindset. and this requires a series of test involving serious patience , dedication and consistency. in order to reach to the extreme stage. each and every part of the test is conducted every day with an another situation and with a better difficulty level. and way i think which works to pass with flying colours in all of the tests which has even worked for me is :-

is to restrict yourself from giving that immediate response to the situations which don’t require it. i mean , in everyday situations , small or big try not giving any response and try killing that person with a smile. at the beginning it is going to be easy for a quite a bit time as it is something new ( according to my experience ) and after that is going to start getting harder and harder as days pass by and after this stage comes the stage where it seems to be easy and something part of your life . it is that you have to force yourself not to quit in the second stage the hardest stage giving you the best lessons for the last and final stage . the second stage is like the heart and brain of the human body. you just have to believe in yourself , have that key patience and be consistent.

TRUST  THE PROCESS.

Being ignorant and having a dominantly stronger mind than your emotions is very different thing . it is like two different humans , the body designs are similar but the entire human is not. their actions , their struggles , their success are not same and many more. being ignorant is to avoid or ignore each and every situations which is practically impossible . but having dominantly stronger mind than your emotions is to drift your self from the common immediate response to certain ( most of the situations ) to avoid yourself from facing a much harder consequence than the intial problem , and eventually making your already miserable life much more miserable.

By having a dominantly stronger mind than your emotions who evidently will avoid most of the un necessary situations (if won’t affect your entire well being) , but won’t be able to avoid some of the situations( if would drastically affect your core of your well being ) and that is a core importance behind this practice. to avoid unnecessary situations and to tackle situations having a play in your core design of your well being with a smarter play.

Some dishes ( situations ) require that bit of masala to make it even better.
