Having dual character is like having an alternate version of you , which you only disclose in necessary situations. it’s like your alternate self is floating here and there in an another universe and is there with you when you need him. If you are good friends with him , this would likely enhance the chance of you being able to maximize your social life in an way that would not degrade your true self along with following the regimentation set up by the society. you should just know to bring him in times where it is necessary and not to just show off in front of your friends about your another self. it’s like you being spider man , you don’t disclose your powers to show off , you disclose it in emergency situations only , similarly here you need to learn to manage the situations which you require your alternate self and in which you don’t require your alternate self. after managing this , you need to manage and cool down the urge in you to use it in kinda necessary situations but not too necessary by giving yourself that false lie that this is an emergency situation and bring your another self out. you just have to understand to stop fooling yourself and betraying your inner you just for some false un required publicity and that publicity would only come if you are great friends with your alternate self and know when you bring him and when not to. it’s when you master the art of self control and your decision making skills , it’s when you lose that mindset of gaining fake publicity and showing off in front of your friends. and all this and a whole of time to be spent with your alternate self , breaking and rebuilding his character to an ideal character you require and truly understanding his uses , functions and behavior when you would master your alternate self and would live the life of an super man / women . obviously this takes time , GREAT THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE READY TO PUT IN THAT HOURS OF DEDICATED WORK AND COMPLETE SOUL IN TO IT FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME.
